    SKI BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT


    The definitive winter escape! Blue Mountain Resort is a 4-season resort offering year-round recreation, lodging, festivals and events.  The perfecgt way to spend a day or night.  Blue Mountain has 36 downhill ski trails and 15 lifts in total including 4 high-speed, six-person chairs for day skiing.  There are 25 trails available for night skiing and 12 lifts under the lights. Enjoy an equal balance of beginner, intermediate and expert terrain.  
     

    SCENIC CAVES NORDIC ADVENTURES


    Come experience Niagara Escarpment nature at its best at Scenic Caves Nordic Adventures.  Enjoy 22 km of professionally groomed trails, classic and skate skiing, high atop Blue Mountain with panoramic views of Georgian Bay. Snowshoe across Ontario’s longest suspension bridge or on 7.5 km of snowshoe trails.  Rentals available, warming hut, hot food and beverages.
     

    HIGHLANDS NORDIC 


    A complete nordic ski facility with commanding views of the region. Come experience 24 km of groomed ski trails, 5 km of snowshoe trails.  Highlands Nordic is located 10 km south of Collingwood off Highway 124, and provides a beautiful facility for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.  Rentals available, warming hut, hot food and beverages.
     

    SKI 3 PASS


    Enjoy the region’s best Cross Country Skiing with the pass for Scenic Caves Nordic Centre, Highlands Nordic and Wasaga Nordic. 3 days of fun at 3 Nordic locations. 

    WASAGA NORDIC


    Blueberry Plains Trail, Wasaga Beach has 30 km of groomed ski trails and 10 km of snowshoe trails.  Rentals are available and a warming hut offers light snacks.

    TROUT HOLLOW TRAIL


    Located in Meaford, Trout Hollow Trail has 14 km of ungroomed trail along the Bighead River.  Access is from Edwin St. (across from Beautiful Joe Park) or from the 7th Line (take Hwy 26 west to Grey Rd 12, turn left at 7th Line, parking is after 13 Sideroad).

    KOLAPORE UPLANDS WILDERNESS SKI TRAILS


    Explore 50 km of ungroomed nordic ski marked trails, accessible from Grey Rd 2 south of Grey Rd 19.  Due to the vast number of intersections, a trail map is highly advised and available for purchase from our Visitor Centre.

    ELEVENTH LINK TRAILS


    In Collingwood, there is a series of small, ungroomed loop trails that connect to the Georgian Trail.  Deer sightings are common.  Drive west on Mountain Rd. approximately 2 km to the Eleventh Line on your right.  Go to the end of the road to park. 

    LOREE FOREST LOOP


    In The Blue Mountains, explore 7 km of ungroomed trail, part of the Bruce Trail.  From our Visitor Centre, head up to Mountain Rd. to the roundabout, take the Scenic Caves Rd, turn and follow this road past Scenic Caves to Banks.  Turn right and stay on this road until you see the sign for Loree.  Roadside parking is available.

    CRANBERRY GOLF COURSE


    Approximately 5 km of ungroomed, marked ski and snowshoe trails are available through the golf course.  This is a great trail for beginners.  Rentals are available at the Cranberry Rec Centre.   Access to the trail is from Hwy 26 W, turn left at Harbour St. (the stoplight past Canadian Tire) and drive to the end of the road.  Park to the left behind the Cranberry Golf Course clubhouse.

    SCHOONERTOWN TRAIL


    In Wasaga Beach you will find 3.6 km of ungroomed trail though mixed forest and dunes, part of the Simcoe County Trails system.  Follow Mosley St. in Wasaga Beach to River Road W.  Just over the bridg, turn right onto Oxbow Park Drive and park in the lot on the right.  Cross the road and enter the trail through a fence opening next to the Emergency Services building.  A map is available at our Visitor Centre.

    THE GEORGIAN TRAIL 


    Spanning Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, and Meaford, the Georgian Trail offers 34 km of ungroomed linear trail accessible at various points.  It is the perfect place for uncomplicated cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.  It follows the route of the original Northern Railway along the southern shore of Georgian Bay.  Each kilometre throughout the trail is signed and maps are located at major access points. A map is available at our Visitor Centre.
